Wild Rose is Hiring!

Wild Rose is hiring a part-time herbal product assistant at our homestead workshop in Eugene, OR! Schedule is flexible, typically 2 days a week with a minimum of 10 hours/week, up to 30 hours/week during peak season (October – December).

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate individual to assist in the production, labeling, and shipping of our herbal products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in herbal medicine, botanical skincare, and sustainable craftsmanship to be part of a successful small business.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist in handcrafting herbal products following established recipes and quality standards

• Apply labels and ensure product presentation meets our aesthetic and branding standards

• Package and ship orders accurately and efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace

• Occasionally assist with inventory management and materials preparation

Desired Qualifications

• Passion for herbal medicine and a strong appreciation for natural skincare

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with medicinal herbs, botanical medicine, herbal product formulation, or skincare production

• A laid-back and respectful personality, with strong ethics and reliability

• Ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail in a production setting

• Background in life sciences, health & wellness, clinical herbalism, or marketing is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

Mental Requirements

• Able to learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, make timely decisions in the context of a workflow, communicate with coworkers and the public
